Wii is very popular in sport games which some people use as a workout tool. Wii Fit Plus Aerobics is specifically designed to tone your body and helps you lose weight while having fun. You need to keep your balance on the Wii Step platform while doing the exercise.
The famous trainer, Zander Urquhart of Scotland offered an Aerobics classes to kids using the Wii Fit Plus program. It was successful and soon became available to adults. A 15-minute session can burn up to 125 calories. It’s better than an hour in treadmill. Not bad at all.
