9/11 US Tragedy

Today, let us try to reflect on the tragedy that happened in the United States of America.

It is on this day that the tragic 9/11 terrorist attacks in New York City, Washington D.C. and Shanksville, Pennsylvania occured. Let us try to reflect on how this terrible attacks have changed the lives of many people.

Ten years ago, the lives of millions of people were altered forever. Those people might or might not be a relative of yours but they made a deep impact in our hearts. On September 11, 2001 the terrorist attacks against the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and Shanksville brought the entire world into mourning, and ulitmately, a decade of hurt, hatred and war.

Do you still remember the number of people who died in the tragic attacks? There were 2,996 victims who were killed as a result of terrorism. Ten years ago, we started to feel paranoid, sensitive, and protective of our families because of the unexpected attacks of the terrorists. Many people began to hate them and started to search for them to end the suffering of millions of people, not only in America but in the whole world.

Let us not forget to thank and honor the soldiers who have bravely fought and some have died to keep the country safe from terrorism. Let us also thank the concerned citizens who have helped others during those times. Most of all, let us thank the President of America for being strong and defensive for the country. We have seen that President Obama possessed a character of a true leader especially in the lowest times of the lives of America.

To all the families, relatives and friends of the victims of 9/11, stay strong and keep praying for their souls. Let us all keep praying also for a peaceful world to live in.

Our love and sympathy to the victims and families of 9/11 tragedy are sending out to you!
